{"id":1667,"date":"2024-11-18T13:47:35","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T13:47:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/matlitlab.uc.pt\/?post_type=project&#038;p=1667"},"modified":"2024-11-18T14:51:02","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T14:51:02","slug":"ldod-critical-reading","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/matlitlab.uc.pt\/en\/project\/ldod-critical-reading\/","title":{"rendered":"LdoD Critical Reading"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>How can we model and analyse the collective reading of\u00a0<em>The Book of Disquiet<\/em>\u00a0over time by a community of critical readers?<\/strong>\u00a0That is the question behind the new facet of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ldod.uc.pt\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>LdoD Archive<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/criticalreading.ldod.uc.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LdoD Critical Reading<\/a>\u201d module is a tool for exploring readings of Fernando Pessoa\u2019s\u00a0<em>Book of Disquiet<\/em>. It has a twofold aim: to bring together a sample selection of the reception of the\u00a0<em>Book of Disquiet;<\/em>\u00a0and to create a computationally processable network of textual relations between documents. Relations can be grouped into the following sets: networks of relations linking essays to the\u00a0<em>Book of Disquiet<\/em>\u00a0and to other texts, and networks of relations linking essays to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel Portela (IP, CLP), Ana Marques (CLP), Lu\u00eds Lucas Pereira (CISUC), Cec\u00edlia Magalh\u00e3es (CLP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project of the Centre for Portuguese Literature at the University of Coimbra (CLP) developed between 2018 and 2024.
